Campus Parking and Permits

The link for purchasing parking decals (found at the bottom of this page) for academic year 2023/2024 will be active at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1st.

The link for purchasing a decal online through 8/31/23 has been disabled. If you wish to purchase a commuter decal, please visit the University Police station.

Our 24-hour parking spaces are limited and parking decals are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All sales are final 

Individuals who wish to be placed on a waiting list should email PARKING@CLARKU.EDU. In the event a decal is unavailable for those placed on a waiting list, individuals may seek out street parking around campus, and will be subject to the laws of the City of Worcester. please visit HTTPS://WWW.WORCESTERMA.GOV/PARKING for more information about parking in the city of Worcester.

Any individual who wishes to park in a Clark University lot is required to purchase a decal (including commuters). Please click on the “purchase a parking decal using a credit card or bank account routing number” link below to get started.

Individuals purchasing parking decals may only do so online using a credit card or bank account routing number. We are no longer accepting paper applications except for additional vehicles (after having purchased one at the regular rate). These will have to be purchased in-person at the University Police station with cash (exact change) or a check made out to Clark University.

24-Hour lot decals, including gated garage parking CANNOT be transferred to another student. If a vehicle is found with an illegitimate parking decal, they will be ticketed.

Your decal will be HELD AT THE POLICE STATION for you to pick up upon your arrival to campus.

The Out-of-State Motor Vehicle Form must be completed for every motor vehicle baring out-of-state (non-Massachusetts) license plates if parked in any of our 24-hour lots. If applicable, please complete this form and either deliver a copy in-person to the Clark Police station, send it through the mail, or email it to parking@tsbsj.com. Unlike your parking decal, this decal should remain on your vehicle for as long as you attend classes at Clark and will not need to be renewed every year. If you have already received an Out-of-State decal from a previous year, It is not necessary to fill out this form again.
